Mark Adwell has made the move to Simple Home Lending as a Producing Branch Manager.
Prior to joining Simple Home Lending Mark was a Loan Officer for the past 5 years.
Prior to venturing into the Mortgage industry, Mark was a national business developer creating innovative products and strategies for mass market retail and wholesale customers.
Building relationships has been the cornerstone of his business career; relying on core values of integrity, communication, and service. Adhering to these core values, has led him to successful lifelong business relationships and friendships with many of the nation’s largest retail executives.
Mark has grown his relationships through referrals of confidence and delivering on every commitment. He is excited to bring these core values and serve homebuyers and homeowners with all their mortgage needs by simplifying the mortgage experience.
Mark is a native-born Tampa resident, now residing in the Tarpons Springs area with his wife Jennifer. He thoroughly enjoys all the outdoor and leisure activities of the Tampa Bay area, including fishing, going to the beach, kayaking, and entertaining family, friends, and guests.
